As a Manning company, we will ensure that all our deployed seafarers are motivated, competent, medically fit and properly documented. We will also ensure that all seafarers are properly screened and well briefed before joining their assigned vessel. All crew are briefed in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations particularly the ISM Code, ISPS Code, SMS, Ship Manuals, QA System and all the training and familiarization requirements.
We are using computerized examination to fathom the competency of our crew by using our company designed Examination Software. Our services also extend to families and relatives by giving them necessary financial assistance and on time allotments.
Our Principals can be assured that all the required reports, administrative and financial, will be submitted in due time and back up with necessary supporting documents.
